Clean Car Club Terms & Conditions
Membership in the Clean Car Club® is for your car only (the one listed on the front of your active membership card). If you replace your car, you may transfer the membership to the new car. We allow two vehicle transfers during a membership period. There is no extra charge for member vans, trucks and SUVs. Program benefits are not valid with any other offers. Prices, promotions and offerings may change at any time without notice, and may vary from location to location. Use of the membership indicates acceptance of the Waterway Clean Car Club program terms and conditions. Waterway reserves the right to cancel memberships, interrupt services, or close locations at any time.
Monthly Billing Terms & Conditions: The first month’s fee is due upon membership commencement. Billing will occur automatically each month thereafter on the corresponding day to the original purchase date. Monthly billing will continue until Waterway has received cancellation notification a minimum of 3 business days prior to billing date. No refunds or credits will be given for partial periods. Prices subject to change at any time. Non-sufficient fees, collection fees and/or late charges will be charged to you for any declined monthly credit card transaction to the extent allowed under law.

Commencing March 1, 2013, Waterway Gas & Wash® Company will no longer wash Jeep Cherokees or Jeep Grand Cherokees model year prior to 2011. We have experienced an unacceptable number of dangerous and costly accidents involving these vehicles in our car washes. As a result, we have made a decision to stop providing car wash services to these vehicles.
