Waterway Gas & Wash Company, a Missouri corporation (“Waterway”) is a provider of car wash services and fuel for automobiles. Waterway operates physical locations in Colorado, Illinois, Kansas, Missouri, and Ohio and, thus, our services are directed toward consumers in those states and visitors to our website for informational purposes. Moreover, the Site is not targeted toward or intended to be used by persons outside of the United States.
