Our Commitment to Health & Safety
We have taken important steps to ensure that Waterway is a safe place for both customers and team members.
- We have put measures in place so that team members who are sick, or who have been in close contact with others who are sick, do not work.
- We are consistently monitoring and following best practices as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control, industry associations, and other experts and authorities.
In accordance with CDC guidance, fully vaccinated customers are not required to wear face coverings in our stores, except where it’s required by state or local ordinances. As a reminder, according to the CDC, people are considered fully vaccinated for COVID-19 ≥2 weeks after they have received the second dose in a 2-dose series (Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna), or ≥2 weeks after they have received a single-dose vaccine (Johnson and Johnson [J&J]/Janssen).
