Clean Car Club Customer FAQ

What are the terms & conditions of my membership?

When you enroll, you must agree to our membership terms & conditions (otherwise, our form will not allow you to proceed). Our enrollment form has an abbreviated version of the terms & conditions. The full version can be found here: http://www.waterway.com/ccc-terms-conditions/.

Can I use my membership at any location?

Yes, Clean Car Club memberships can be used at any Waterway Carwash location.

Can my membership be used for all the vehicles in my home?

No, one vehicle per membership. We do sell coupon books that are good for any vehicle and they don’t expire. Please see our shop for more information.

I got a new vehicle. Can I transfer my membership to a different vehicle?

Yes, we allow two transfers per membership period. You may transfer in-store with a cashier or online at waterway.com/shop/my-account/.

Can I still be a Clean Car Club member if I only have a temporary license plate?

Yes, you may purchase a membership without providing a permanent license plate; however, a plastic membership card will not be issued to you until we obtain your license plate number. In the meantime, a temporary membership card can be utilized.

How do I register my account online?

Go to https://www.waterway.com/shop/my-account/. In the LOOKUP field, enter your 6-digit membership number OR the e-mail address associated with your membership. A temporary password will be emailed to you, and you may use this temporary password to login and set up your account.

How do I cancel my membership?

Cancellation requests may be submitted by logging in to our website: https://www.waterway.com/shop/my-account/. Cancellation requests may also be submitted to our customer service department by emailing customerservice@waterway.com or by calling our customer service department: 800-807-8880. Waterway stores cannot accept cancellation requests.

Can I suspend my membership?

If you pay month-to-month, yes, you may suspend your membership. Just log on to your account (www.waterway.com/shop/my-account/) and follow the instructions. If you pay 12-months at a time, unfortunately, we are unable to suspend membership.

I need to change the credit card used for my monthly membership. How do I do that?

To update billing information, please visit any Waterway location in person or log in to your account online: https://www.waterway.com/shop/my-account/.
